Applies to: Any person working for or with An’du, including contractors, suppliers/manufacturers, and business partners who wish to raise a concern about An’du operations.

1. Purpose
An’du encourages the reporting of genuine concerns about wrongdoing so issues can be addressed early and responsibly.
2. What should be reported
Concerns may include:
- bribery or corruption
- fraud or financial misconduct
- data protection or privacy breaches
- unsafe practices or serious health & safety risks
- unethical conduct by suppliers/manufacturers connected to An’du
- criminal activity or serious breaches of law
3. How to raise a concern
Concerns can be raised confidentially to:

4. Confidentiality and protection
- We will keep the report confidential as far as reasonably possible.
- An’du will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
5. Investigation and outcome
We will acknowledge the concern, assess next steps, and investigate appropriately. Outcomes may include corrective actions, process changes, termination of relationships, and/or reporting to authorities where required.
6. Malicious reports
Reports made maliciously or knowingly false may result in appropriate action.
